Exchange and Refund Policy - Saudi Arabia

To give our customers the confidence to shop with us, our stores offer a refund within 5 days of purchase and a 14-day exchange service.

Returned items must be in their original condition and resaleable, with all tags attached, and any packaging intact and accompanied by a valid receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, underwear, earrings and cosmetics cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless there is a clear manufacturing error.

Items purchased at discounted prices can be exchanged during sales or promotional periods within 3 days of purchase but no refunds will be given for these items.

In the case of promotional gifts for purchase, the gift must also be returned, along with the purchased product, to be able to exchange it.

If you find any price discrepancy on your purchase receipt, please ask to speak to the store manager immediately.
